QUESTIONS
-
What ingredients do you use?All of our ingredients are thoughtfully sourced to create safe, sustainable products that are vegan, cruelty-free, phthalate-free, and never tested on animals. Our candles are made with 100% domestically-grown soy wax, cotton core wicks, and a blend of fine fragrance oils that consist of natural and man-made materials.

What makes MSCC different? We pride ourselves on making high-quality products for your home design– we believe that fragrance is that last necessary element to enhance your space and develop your personal style. Our team develops, designs, produces and ships everything from our New York Workshop, so when you buy MSCC, you can trust that you are buying products that have been made with care to use in your daily routines.
-
Can I get my candle personalized?Yes you can! On orders of four or more, we can customize your labels with names or phrases up to 20 characters long for an additional $10.
-
How do I care for the products?Products need love too! To care for our candles, trim the candle’s wick to 1/4” before or after every burn session and allow the candle to burn for 3-4 hour intervals, or until a full melt pool has formed. To prolong the lifespan of our reed diffusers, keep them out of direct contact with sunlight, heat and humidity, and flip the reeds weekly, or when the fragrance becomes faint. Our other products care for themselves, but that doesn’t mean you can’t say “I love you” every once in a while.

Pet safety info:At MSCC, we love our animals as much as you do, and our products are formulated to be generally safe to use in households shared with pets. Our products are not tested on animals, but we always recommend using them as directed according to our warning labels. Keep your MSCC products out of reach from pets (and children too!) since certain essential oils can irritate the skin or be toxic to some animal breeds. Smaller animals can be especially sensitive to their environments— please use caution using fragranced products around them. If you have questions or concerns about using MSCC products around your pet, please consult your veterinarian for the best advice regarding your furry friend.
